Delete Your Account

You can delete your Stamped account at any time. This page is the web equivalent of the in-app deletion flow, in case you no longer have access to the app or your device.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (preferred)

Open the Stamped app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

You'll have a 14-day grace period to change your mind by signing back in.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't use the in-app flow, email privacy@stamped.gg from the email address linked to your Stamped account, with subject "Account deletion request".

We'll process your request within 7 working days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your profile (username, country, bio, avatar)
Your private stamp memories (notes, photos, mood, ratings)
Your friend connections and friend requests
Your devices, push tokens and login sessions
Your raw IAP receipt data

What we keep (anonymised)

Your match claims and predictions — kept as part of the tournament's historical leaderboard, with no link back to you.
Aggregate coin and points totals (no identifying information).
Any prize previously awarded (record only — no personal details retained).

Timeline

Now — Account marked for deletion. You'll be logged out of any signed-in devices.
+14 days — Personal data is anonymised. You can sign in any time before this to cancel.
+104 days — Account record permanently erased.
