Common questions
Why didn't I get the stamp I claimed?
Stamps only count if you tap "Claim" during the 10-minute window after kick-off. If you tapped within the window and didn't receive the stamp, email us with your username and the match name and we'll investigate.
I bought the Knockouts Unlock but it didn't activate
In-app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If it's still not active after a minute, email us with your transaction receipt and we'll fix it manually.
I want to delete my account
See stamped.gg/delete-account.
I want to export my data
In-app, go to Settings → Export My Data. We'll email you a download link within 24 hours.
