Common questions

Why didn't I get the stamp I claimed?

Stamps only count if you tap "Claim" during the 10-minute window after kick-off. If you tapped within the window and didn't receive the stamp, email us with your username and the match name and we'll investigate.

I claimed the Founding Badge but my passport is still locked

Try restarting the app, or logging out and back in. If your Founding Badge is still not showing active, email us with your username and we'll investigate and resolve it for you manually.

I want to delete my account

See stamped.gg/delete-account.

I want to export my data

In-app, go to Settings → Export My Data. We'll email you a download link within 24 hours.
