Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Stamped mobile app and the website at stamped.gg. By using Stamped you agree to be bound by them.

Note: this page is the published version that will be linked from the app and the App Store. Before launch, this draft must be reviewed by a UK solicitor.

1. The service

Stamped lets you collect digital stamps from live football matches, predict scores, build passports, compete on leaderboards and share your progress. Some features may be subject to additional rules (e.g. the 104 Club contest at stamped.gg/legal/contest-rules).

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Stamped.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for prizes in the 104 Club.
  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Multi-accounting may result in disqualification.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • Use automation, bots, scripts, modified clients or any other artificial means to claim stamps or submit predictions.
  • Manipulate your device's clock or otherwise attempt to spoof claim times.
  • Share, sell or trade Stamped accounts.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Stamped systems or interfere with other users' enjoyment.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and revoke any prizes awarded as a result of such breaches.

4. Purchases and entitlements

Some content within Stamped is available for purchase (e.g. the World Cup 2026 Knockouts Unlock at £3.99 or local equivalent). Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' refund policies.

Purchased entitlements are tied to your Stamped account and can be restored to a new device by signing in.

5. Coins

Coins are an in-app currency that has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. Coins may be lost if your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

6. User content

You retain ownership of any content you create (notes, photos, comments). By creating content, you grant Stamped a limited licence to host and display it within the app to you and (where you choose) to other users you share it with.

Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is offensive. We may remove content that breaches these rules.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Stamped running but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the service at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice before retiring meaningful features.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamped is provided "as is". Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Stamped is limited to the greater of: (a) £50, or (b) the amount you paid Stamped in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Privacy

Your use of Stamped is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Apple / Google

Stamped is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. These Terms are between you and Stamped only.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email if you have consented to marketing. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
